mother

i feel like i have to get this off my brian. Ever since i was young i have seen my mother struggle with her weight! and hearing her always say “Omg i’m getting over weight again. time to diet” it kinda engraves on the brian! so when i was 19 i went to weight watchers with her i lost alot of weight and so did she. but something always come and popped up in my mind. “my mom always gained it back, it’s just going to happen to me right???” so i allowed myself to gain it back! why? bc i thought the course of yo yo dieting was my fate. and it sounds silly but whenever i try to lose weight now that pops right back up in my head and i give up??? why do i do that? like i’m not allowed to be healthy or that just because she is my mother doesn’t mean i am going to be her! does any body else feel like this or am i crazy ??? \

Walking!

Today i took a walk! yes i did! it was great! i was all alone , away from every one! it feels good to do that from time to time! :) it was a beautiful day today, sun shining and just enough breeze to have a jean jacket on! AHHHHH just awesome! so i walked about 20 mins down the largest hill here in nova scotia! ate a subway sub and enjoyed the paper! than what took 20mins to walk down , took about 40 mins to walk up! my butt feels great :) than at the top of this hill, this is a baseball diamond. i sat on the bench and read one of the funniest books i have ever read , Russell brands “my booky wooky” so good. i watched dogs run and catch a ball over and over. and as i watched something hit me. By the 3rd time that owner threw the ball the dog was out of breathe and slowing down. but the dog kept going! he would catch the ball stop for a second , and get right back at it! This dang dog fought threw the pain of exercise and kept going! the things you can learn from a dog :P
